Ca' Berton Village is located in the heart of the Cavallino Treporti coast and is easily reachable by car, train or plane.
Venice Marco Polo and Treviso A. Canova airports are served by ATVO buses with direct connections to Jesolo Lido and connections for Cavallino/Punta Sabbioni.
From the A4 and A27 highways, the recommended exits are Venezia Mestre or Noventa / San Donà di Piave. Continue towards Jesolo Lido and then Cavallino / Punta Sabbioni.
The nearest stations are Mestre-Venice and San Donà di Piave, both connected by ATVO line buses to Jesolo Lido with connections for Cavallino/Punta Sabbioni.
1) Bookings are valid only with a deposit which must be paid by the date requested in the reservation.
2) The deposit will be refunded only if the booking is cancelled in writing at least 15 days before the arrival date.
3) The booked stay must be paid on whole at the arrival. Terms of payment: cash, credit cards (Visa and Master Card) and Maestro. We do not accept cheques.
4) In case of a late arrival or a beforehand leaving, the booked but not enjoyed stay will be charged in full.
5) The management can guarantee the type of accommodation booked, but not the number.
6) The accommodation is guaranteed from 4.00 pm the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 am of the day of departure.
7) In case of late arrival the booking will remain valid until 1 pm on the following day. Beyond this deadline, the Management reserves to freely dispose of the booked unit, without any refund of the deposit. However, we kindly ask the customer to communicate any delays in writing.
8) The final cleaning fee is obligatory.
9) Our price includes: persons, A/C, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, hot water, electricity, gas, toilet/WC, shower, kitchen stove, fridge, kitchen equipment, tables, chairs, blankets, pillows and 1 parking spot.
10) Linen is not included in the price.
11) Prices do not include € 0,70 per night per person, of municipal tourist tax.
12) For each person, beyond the maximum limit, will be applied a supplement per night.
13) The dogs pay a daily fee. The presence of animals must be reported at the time of booking.
